About Me

My Story
After 16 years with Nokia Netherlands, following multiple organizational restructurings, I was made redundant. Rather than seeing this as a setback, I recognized it as an opportunity. A moment to redefine my professional path and fully step into project management, a role I had already been preparing for and partially fulfilling as a team leader.
During my outplacement program, one key insight became clear: I don’t approach challenges always in a standard way. And that is one of my greatest strengths. I thrive in dynamic environments where flexibility, creativity, and results matter.
I soon began working as a Project Manager through agencies on a project basis. Although some assignments were initially short-term, they often evolved into long-running engagements across multiple projects. This experience confirmed a crucial reality within the telecom industry: the market is fast-paced, project-driven, and increasingly reliant on flexible expertise rather than permanent staffing.
This realization led to the founding of MZ Projects in 2019.
Even though the COVID-19 pandemic started shortly after the startup, the telecom sector turned out to be save. Supported by a strong professional network, satisfied clients, and outstanding freelance partners, I have been fortunate to work continuously.
What began as a bold step has become an incredible journey. And it is far from over!
MZ Projects continues to deliver adaptable, results-driven project- and delivery management where it matters most.
